Description
Initially designed to be housed in the frame of the outer door, it is small in size, allowing it to be installed in the door frame.
its installation in 120mm door frames.
It consists of two circuits, a control circuit with LCD with which you can configure and view the status
of the elevator, in addition to being able to check the latest faults, the elevator parameterization,
battery charge and control cabinet temperature.
It is added in the version of BLUE screen on EM4000 board, direct communication with the FUJI LIFT2 drive, both LM2A and LM2C, with this we can have remote control of the drive, doing telemetry and saving the parameter settings of the drive on the platform to be able to dump that paarametrization in a new one, in case of a problem with the drive.
Allows Poletuning or Autotuning from the EM4000 board, accessing a customized menu for this function depending on the type of motor to be controlled.
Allows remote resetting of the drive, avoiding waiting for the user in the event of a momentary error that has caused the drive to block, including the BbE fault.
The other circuit is the power circuit, which includes the phase detector, the motor thermistor control, and all the inputs that monitor the elevator status.
The frequency inverter will be controlled by the controller, installed in the shaft, close to the machine.
A console in the door frame will allow access to the programming of the door, as well as monitoring the direction of the elevator and the speed at any given moment.
The design began in 2011 and production was implemented in 2014, during 3 years cabinets were manufactured in a door frame, in 2017 the production of EM4000 controllers for installations with machine room and without machine room in an integral cabinet began, in 2023 a blue multi-line LCD screen and the connection for communications between the board and the FUJI inverter were incorporated, thus achieving remote control of the frequency inverter.

EM4000 SCM in Integral cabinet
- Cabinets for elevators that do not have a machine room and that cannot house the maneuver in the door frame, a cabinet is chosen outside the door frame, with a height equal to the elevator door so that it is aesthetically included inside the elevator door.
- Control on geared or gearless machines, always controlled by a frequency inverter.
- It includes automatic rescue in case of interruption of the power supply, in case of machines with reducer, rescue by traction (controlled by variator), while in gearless, the rescue will be performed by decompensation, controlled by the brake, in both cases by means of the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) that would include the maneuver.
- The control cabinet will house both the EM4000 control board with control console and the EM4VFR power board to control safety and VVVF devices.

- Default dimensions to fit typical elevator doors 2200mm*320mm*240mm (H*W*D).
- Cabinet with 3 divisions, the central one will be for the user, with triangle key, includes the automatic and differential protection elements, rescue elements, visualization of the cabin at plant level.

- Cabinets for elevators with machine room, in any of the electrical versions controlling the machine with frequency inverter.

- In case of emergency, rescue can be performed by traction in the case of geared machines; with gearless machines, in addition to rescue by traction, it can also be performed by decompensation.
- The control cabinet will house both the EM4000 control board with control console and the EM4VFR power board to control safety and VVVF devices.

- Minimized maneuvering cabinet with dimensions 810mm*550mm*250mm (Height*Width*Depth).
